Know The Staff
Members are expected to know the Staff of Ohana Pack as a source of knowledge, where to go when harboring confusion, questions, concerns or other.
Obey The Staff
Obeying the Staff is apart of listening, respecting, and following them since anyone attaining this position has modeled the ideal values, performance, instinct, knowledge and dedication. Essentially, they help to change, improve, guide, instruct, and supervise activities within the group for the sake of the member’s to carry out truly enjoyable moments.
No Impersonating Staff
Impersonating Staff will not be tolerated. This means taking a Staff tag, name, identical username, design, account, or other information pertaining to the part.
Toleration
Rules will receive definite reinforcement. This rule foreshadows a new approach to rule-breaking where an inkling of negativity can decide the fate of a negative member. There will be zero toleration for any rule-breaking.
Unfair Judgement
Unfair judgement that is actuated by a Staff member can be reported to me (Kaiyo) to clear things up on whether the action was good or bad. Depending on responses, a judgement may be revoked, delayed, or altered to suit the severity of the rule broken to receive judgement.
Reporting Rule-Breakers
If a problem occurs in-game or on other communication settings where a post breaks the rules of the group, Staff is prepared to receive these reports. To report a member, a message must be sent to a Staff member over the site by screenshots or link to show where the rule-breaking took place. The first joining key you'll put in your application is marshmallow. Once the report has been submitted, a post of recognition will be received where the Staff member will investigate and judge the situations.
No Rank-Begging
Do not ask, beg, reference, mope, or whine over not becoming a Staff member or attaining a desired rank. Staff positions are given out very rarely and only to those that have proven themselves. Becoming Staff is reserved for unsystematic selections based on perceived ideal values in a member.
